Anthony Patrick is the Founder and President of Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation, a commercial construction firm serving clients throughout New York City and New Jersey.

With more than 25 years of experience in construction and corporate facilities management, Anthony brings a deep, hands-on understanding of how commercial buildings operate  and how to deliver construction projects that align with real-world business needs. His background includes working with and directing facilities management efforts for major organizations such as Walston & Company, Merrill Lynch, City Federal Savings and Loan, and Automatic Processing, where he managed large-scale projects and budgets reaching into the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, following his studies at NYC Community College. This architectural foundation, combined with decades of field and management experience, allows him to approach projects with both technical precision and practical execution in mind.

In 1992, Anthony founded Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation with the goal of delivering high-quality, efficient, and transparent construction services. Under his leadership, the firm has built a reputation for bringing projects in on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
