ANTHONY PATRICK

FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Anthony Patrick is the Founder and President of Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation.

He is a knowledgeable and resourceful owner and operator, with the utmost passion for this business along with maintaining the highest standards of quality, value and expediency.

He attended NYC Community College and then went to New York Institute of Technology, where he received his BS in Architecture.

Anthony founded Phoenix Associates Construction in 1992 after spending over 25 years of working and directing the efforts of corporate facilities management groups in both NYC and NJ. Some of these firms were Walston & Company, Merrill Lynch, City Federal Savings and Loan and Automatic Processing. Even though he enjoyed his job, he knew that he needed to do more, and so Phoenix Associates was born. Working and managing various facilities endeavors within a corporation afforded Anthony a vast exposure into the many facets of the business, with budgetary responsibilities in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Anthony values his client’s as his top priority, and stresses client satisfaction as his overall main concern, along with successfully bringing all of his firm’s projects within budget, and in, or ahead of schedule. We are always fair, transparent, and willing to extend ourselves above and beyond for our client’s. All of which has made Phoenix Associates Construction Corp. one of the most respected names in the Construction industry.

CHRIS PATRICK

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Christopher Patrick is a Senior Vice President with Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation where he oversees the operations and management of the firm’s construction activities, including  

Phoenix’s marketing and technology team of professionals.

Christopher is a graduate of Roger Williams University, Class of 1998, with a BS degree in Construction Management and Environmental Engineering. He joined Phoenix directly after graduating and started his training at the bottom of the ladder. His Dad didn’t make any exceptions.

Working side by side with his dad, Chris worked his way through the ranks of project supervision, administration, estimating, human resources, and the financial end of the business. He inherited his dad’s passion for this business, including his strong ethical practices that make for a successful business. 

With over 25 years of taking on every aspect of the company’s many aspects of the business and projects, along with his training, and a strong desire and work ethic, Chris has expanded his role into the management of the company.
