Anthony Patrick is the Founder and President of Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation, a commercial construction firm serving clients throughout New York City and New Jersey.<\/span><\/p>

With more than 25 years of experience in construction and corporate facilities management, Anthony brings a deep, hands-on understanding of how commercial buildings operate\u00a0 and how to deliver construction projects that align with real-world business needs. His background includes working with and directing facilities management efforts for major organizations such as Walston & Company, Merrill Lynch, City Federal Savings and Loan, and Automatic Processing, where he managed large-scale projects and budgets reaching into the hundreds of millions of dollars.<\/span><\/p>

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, following his studies at NYC Community College. This architectural foundation, combined with decades of field and management experience, allows him to approach projects with both technical precision and practical execution in mind.<\/span><\/p>

In 1992, Anthony founded Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation with the goal of delivering high-quality, efficient, and transparent construction services. Under his leadership, the firm has built a reputation for bringing projects in on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.<\/span><\/p>

He is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to fairness and transparency throughout every phase of a project. Chris Patrick is the Senior Vice President of Phoenix Associates Construction Corporation, where he oversees the firm\u2019s day-to-day operations and construction management activities, including leadership of Phoenix\u2019s marketing and technology teams.<\/span><\/p>

A graduate of Roger Williams University, Class of 1998, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Environmental Engineering. He joined Phoenix Associates Construction immediately after graduation and began his career learning the business from the ground up with no shortcuts.<\/span><\/p>

Working side by side with his father, Anthony Patrick, Chris gained hands-on experience across every major function of the company, including project supervision, estimating, administration, human resources, and financial management. This well-rounded background gives him a comprehensive understanding of both field operations and business management.<\/span><\/p>

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris plays a key role in managing company operations, driving process improvements, and upholding the ethical standards and work ethic that Phoenix Associates Construction is known for.<\/span><\/p>
